The great recession created an opportunity to provide web development services to medium and large organizations. Combined with mass layoffs, a few members of the software development industry joined to start Active Code Factory, LLC and focuses on open source content management system development.
After six years and many successes for the organization, the industry morphed into a microservice based ecosystem which required a rebranding and a new focus. The new approach became a Javascript application development.
After the shift in web development stratagy, Active Code Factory, LLC was rebranded and became Advanced Web Components.
